Abstract:  Brianna Wu recounts her journey into leading an all-female game studio. She starts with a PS1 Net Yaroze, and specializes in game design. Serendipitously, Wu assembles an all female team to build the new game Revolution 60. Sticking with her decision, Wu builds Giant Spacekat to be a friendly workplace for women. She also fights to resolve conflicts both internal and external.
